Fair Use Agreement
By using TypeQuicker, you agree to these terms. Our goal is to provide a positive typing practice experience for everyone while protecting our service and community.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TypeQuicker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access TypeQuicker for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:
- Use the service for typing practice and skill improvement
- Create an account to track your progress
- Access premium features with an active subscription
- Share your achievements with others
Prohibited Uses
Technical Abuse
- Automated scripts or bots
- System overloading attempts
- Reverse engineering
- Security vulnerability exploitation
Content Violations
- Sharing inappropriate content
- Copyright infringement
- Spam or unsolicited messages
- Harmful or offensive material
User Accounts & Data
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Public Profiles & Content
⚠️ Important: Your Profile is Public
By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your profile information (username, avatar, typing statistics, achievements) will be publicly visible by default
- Your performance data may appear on public leaderboards and in competitive features
- Other users can view your typing progress and achievements
- You are responsible for not including personal, sensitive, or private information in your public profile fields
- We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove inappropriate profile content without notice
- You should not share confidential, proprietary, or copyrighted material in any public areas of the service
Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove or modify any profile content that violates our community guidelines, contains inappropriate material, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
Subscription & Payments
Subscription Billing
TypeQuicker premium access is provided through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Payment Required: A valid payment method must be provided to activate a paid plan
- Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing portal
- Full Access: During your paid subscription period, you have complete access to all premium features
- Promotions: Discounts and promotional offers may be limited to eligible accounts and cannot always be combined
Important: Your payment method will be charged according to the plan you select. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day full refund policy for all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
To request a refund, contact us at support@typequicker.com within the 7-day period. After this period, refunds will not be provided, but you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TypeQuicker. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TypeQuicker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of TypeQuicker after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
